The commercial area of Sky Luxe (Ramada Plaza) now follows its new layout. Sky Nine is allocating shops in this layout to its clients, with possession and Bahria Town transfer in the client's own name. Allocation is first come, first served.
- Who it is for
- Existing Sky Nine clients with commercial bookings in Sky Luxe. Your verified payments to Sky Nine are adjusted towards your new shop.
- How to reserve
- From 10 October 2026 at the Sky Nine office (Monday to Saturday, by appointment) or by phone and WhatsApp. Reservation on the Client Portal opens in phases.
- First come, first served
- A shop is reserved in your name once your token payment is verified in the official company bank account.
No cash payments. Pay only into the official Sky Nine bank account, by online transfer or bank deposit.
